Capsicum & Tomato (buang isi) -(Capsicum boleh belah 2) - 10 bekas semuanya<br />
Mix vege (thawed)<br />
Minced meet/ sausage dicincang<br />
Bawang putih & kecil cincang<u> (3:2)</u><br />
Black pepper, mixed herb, basil leaf <u></u><br />
Olive oil<u><br />

Cheddar cheese (1/2 block)<br />
Cream cheese (2 sudu)<br />
Butter (2 sudu)<br />
fresh Milk<br />

Tumis bawang, masak daging + mixed vege. Masuk garam, basil leaf. Hingga cukup masak, asingkan.<br />
Sediakan sos. Masuk semua bahan soso, kacau & adjust dengan susu jika terlalu pekat.<u></u><br />
Masuk inti mixed vege daging dlm tomato & capsicum. Susun dalam dulang bakar.<br />
Tuang sos keju dlm setiap capsicum & tomato hingga penuh.<br />
Tabur black pepper & mixed herb.<br />
Tabur olive oil atas & dlm dulang bakar. <br />
Panaskan oven 180C 10mnt.<br />
Masukkan semua, bakar 25 mnt hingga nampak keju jadi brown color & capsicum sedikit brown & layu. <br />

Mana lah saya letak resepi utk Peas Sauce & Cheese Melt tu. Tak ingta. Tapi rasa dia saya ingat. Buat ni sebab selalu makan kat kedai. Kan mahal. So, saya buat berdasarkan apa yg saya dah rasa kat kedai.<br />
Sos kacang peas tu, saya masak dgn sour cream. Kacang peas frozen tu saya rebus & blend sampai hancur.<br />
Cheese yg melt tu masak atas api je; chedar cheese & susu segar. Kacau sampai pekat, tabur atas nachos.<br />
Daging kisar masak kejap dgn pepper atas kuali.<br />
Tomato, bawang hijau fresh, gaul dgn salad vinegar.<br />
Nachos rangup tu; beli roti tortila kat tesco or giant or carrefour ke.. ada kat bahagian roti. Pastu masuk dlm oven, bakar kejap. Potong2 dulu ikut suka.<br />
Dah susun atas pinggan hidang, (nachos, daging, sayur) tabur cheese melt. Masuk dlm microwave kejap.<br />
Nak makan, letak peas sauce kat tengah sebagai dip dia.<br />
