Bahan: 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 egg 1 cup self raisin flour, sifted 1/2 tablespoon cocoa, sifted 1/3 cup buttermilk 1/2 tablespoon red food colouring 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
topping: 2 spoon butter softened 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon grated lemon (kulit) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 cup icing sugar
Cara: 1) preheat oven 160 C. Line 24 mini cup on tray. 2) cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add egg & mixwell. Beat on highspeed. 3) Add flour, cocoa, buttermilk, colouring, vinegar, & vanilla Beat on medium speed until well combined. 4) Divide mixture in cupcake. Bake 10-15 mnts.
Topping 1) Beat cream cheese + butter + vanilla + lemon juice + grated lemon until fluffy. 2) Gradually beat in icing sugar
note: kalau nak buat kek 1 kg, double kan semua bahan ni, bakar suhu 180C , 1 jam 15 mnt.

Buttermilk buat sendiri. Susu segar secawan + white vinegar 1 sudu dan dibiarkan 1/2 jam. Color jenis liquid
