Tapi kalau buat sendiri lagi sedap bah!
Ni set lunch i masak utk me & hubby. Hubby tersenyum manja!

Lamb chop
Bhn:
-Frozen lamb (rm 14 - 3 pcs)
-Rosemary
-Mixed Herbs
-Oregano
-Black pepper
-White pepper
-olive oil
-garam
Cara:
-Perap lamb dgn semua bhn ni. 1/2 jam pun ok.
-Bakar atas pan saja.
Simple Baked Potato
Bhn:
-Potato (direbus)
-Cheedar or mozarella cheese
-Oregano
-Mixed herbs
-black pepper
-white pepper
-butter
Cara:
-Belah 2 potato yg telah direbus
-Cakar potato dgn garfu
-Tabur semua herbs
-Letak cheese
-tabur lebihan herbs lagi.
-Makar dlm oven (180 C - 25mnt) or microwave (Medium High - 10mnt sampai or keju cair)
Sayur rokoli tu celur kejap air panas, tabur dgn pepper & garam sedikit.
bagi tau klu buat ni ye 'umayr'!
