Ini sambal udang masak petai. Husband sgt suka. Rasa udang & petai fresh. I tak suka sambal udang yg over cooked.

Sorry baru nak balas,,
Cara:
1) panas kuali, 5 sudu minyak. goreng belacan hancur (sebesar ibu jari) sampai naik baru.
2) masukkan bahan kisar (lada kering kisar or ciliboh + 5 ulas bwg kecil + 3 ulas bwg putih + 1/2 biji bwg besar + 1/2 ibu jari belacan). Goreng sampai naik minyak.
3) masukkan bancuhan air asam jawa 5 sudu (ikut rasa). Tunggu sampai kering sedikit sambal tu.
4) Masukkan udang (dah basuh & tos). Masukkan bwg besar hiris. gaul hingga udang masak. Masukkan garam + gula mengikut rasa..
